Swipe Clean ("we", "our", or "the App") is a photo cleanup application. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles information when you use it.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
Swipe Clean operates entirely on your device. All processing — browsing your photo library, marking photos for deletion, and managing the Trash — happens locally on your phone or tablet. No data is ever sent to our servers or any third party.
2. Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your photo library solely to display your photos within the App so you can review and delete them. Specifically:
- Photos and videos are read from your device's local storage.
- When you delete a photo, it is moved to the system Trash (iOS) or permanently deleted (Android) — this action occurs entirely on your device.
- No photos or videos are ever uploaded, copied, or transmitted anywhere.
3. No Account, No Cloud
Swipe Clean does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. There is no cloud storage, no syncing, and no remote servers involved.
4. Notifications
The App may request permission to send local push notifications (daily reminders to review your photos). These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No notification content or delivery data is sent to external servers.
5. Analytics and Tracking
We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or user-tracking tools. We do not collect crash reports automatically. The App contains no advertising.
6. Third-Party Services
Swipe Clean does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect personal data. The App uses only standard platform APIs provided by Google (Android) and Apple (iOS).
7. Children's Privacy
Swipe Clean does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). Since the App collects no data at all, it is safe for users of all ages.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading or using Swipe Clean, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Use of the App
Swipe Clean is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to review, organise, and delete photos and videos stored on your device.
2. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use the App's Trash review feature before permanently deleting photos. We are not responsible for accidental deletion of photos.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of photos or data.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its content (excluding your photos) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
